If you decided to study in Ukraine, do you know which steps you need to apply?
The first of all, to apply for the studying invitation letter at our university. To get the studying invitation letter, pleaseyou need to follow the next stages.

First stage:
Fill out an application form, request and agreement of registration at the bottom of the page and attached all necessary documents (see below). We will review the documents accordingly. The following documents are needed:

  • Copy of the front page from the international passport.
  • Copy of School Certificate.
  • Copy of Bachelor Diploma and Transcript (incase if you are applying for Master's program).
  • Copy of Bachelor Diploma with the Transcript and Master Diploma with the transcript (incase if you are applying for PHD program).

Dear student, you must scan all the documents indicated above and send them to the email of the university indicated in the contacts.

The admission committee at the Pylyp Orlyk International Classical Universitywill review the documents and responds with an Acceptance Letter.

Second stage:
When the student will receive the Acceptance Letter, he or she is required to start their process as in stage3; The University will issue an invoice of the amount to pay for Invitation Letter.ith an Acceptance Letter.

Third stage:
After receiving the original studying invitation letter, you must prepare all the necessary documents to obtain student visa and contact the Embassy of Ukraine in your country or nearest country. The following documents are required to obtain student visa:

  • Original studying invitation letter from the Pylyp Orlyk International Classical University.
  • The International Passport (validity not less than one year).
  • Original of School Certificate and Transcript.
  • Original Bachelor Diploma and Transcript (incase if you are applying for Master's program)
  • Original of Bachelor Diploma with the Transcript and Master Diploma with the transcript (incase if you are applying for PHD program).
  • General Medical certificate (fitness certificate)
  • HIV test certificate
  • Original of Birth certificate
  • 12 passport size photos
  • Round-trip flight ticket with the open date.

All the necessary documents mentioned above must be translated into Ukrainian language and also legalized by the Ukrainian Embassy where the student will get visa.
 

Note: Dear Student! Before leaving your country, you should be sure that you have all the necessary documents, mentioned above, because at the airportthe immigration service will not allow you to enter Ukraine if you don’t have full file of your documents or educational fee are not complete.

Last stage:
Dear Student! When you receiving your visa from the Ukraine Embassy in your country, you need to inform the Pylyp Orlyk International Classical Universityor the Agency Company for the educational services business enterprise ALATUM NATALIIA SERGIIVNA the university strategic partneron the expected date to Ukraine. Please send us by email a scan copy of the visa page and flight ticket minimum 5 working days in advance of the travel date. The student will be collected by the university representative or Agency Company for the educational services business enterprise ALATUM NATALIIA SERGIIVNA and taken to the university and hostel.
Be aware that student will not be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine if university representative or Agency Company for the educational services business enterprise ALATUM NATALIIA SERGIIVNA is not present at the airport with the power of attorney from the University. This are Official Rules and Regulations of Ukrainian Immigration Department.

Student                                                                     

 (full name, passport number, TIN), hereinafter referred to as the “Candidate”, on the second part, and

Individual Entrepreneur ALATUM NATALIIA SERHIIVNA, in the person of the Director Alatum Nataliia Serhiivna, citizen of Ukraine, tax identification number 3346212182 , hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, on the third part, referred together herein as the “Parties” , have concluded the present Agreement as follows:

 

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

When concluding this Agreement, the Parties shall be governed by the applicable law, namely:

  • Ukrainian Act On Education and Act On Higher Education;
  • Regulation on the Higher State Educational Institution (approved by Resolution of the CM of Ukraine No. 1074 dd. 05.09.1996);
  • Ukrainian Act On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons;
  • Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.136 dd. 26.02.1993  (On Education of Foreign Citizens in Ukraine);
  • Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1238 dd. 05.08.1998  “On Approval of the Regulations on the Admission of Foreigners and Stateless Persons to Study at Higher Education Institutions in Ukraine”;
  • Enrollment Procedure for Foreigners in Ukraine (approved by Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 544 dd. 12.08.2003);
  • Procedure for issuing invitations to foreigners to study in Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 544 dd. 12.08.2003);
  • Terms of admission to higher education in Ukraine in 2017;
  • Charter of the University.

 

 

1. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS

 

The terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:

 

“Agreement” is a valid agreement between the University, the Company and the Candidate on the registration of the Candidate to receive an invitation to study.

“Company”, Individual Entrepreneur ALATUM NATALIIA SERHIIVNA, is a strategic partner of the University for the recruitment of foreign students to Ukraine.  
“Study period” is a fixed period of time required for studying the program for foreign citizens
“Candidate” is a foreign individual who is directed  by the Individual Entrepreneur ALATUM NATALIIA SERHIIVNA for study. 
“Host Party” is the University, where the Candidate shall study in the preparatory course.

“Student” is a foreign individual enrolled for the course.

 

 

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

 

The University shall undertake to provide the Student with all necessary documents related to the registration to receive an invitation to study.

The documents shall be transferred through the Company.

 

 

 

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

 

The University shall be obliged to:

 

  • Submit a questionnaire for processing personal data and apply for an invitation.

 

  • Check the authenticity of the information provided by the Student (scanned copy of the passport and the Diploma of Secondary Education)

 

  • After checking the documents, send them to the Center of International Education of the Ministry of Higher Education of Ukraine. The Ministry, in turn, shall consider the relevance of existing education to the education system of Ukraine. After receiving a positive response from the Ministry, a code shall be provided on the basis of which the University undertakes to submit an invitation to study.

 

 

The Student shall be obliged to:

 

-  provide a scanned copy of his/her passport, the Diploma of Secondary Education and the signed registration agreement.

 

- after confirmation of the University and the Center for International Education of the Ministry of Education, the Student shall be obliged to pay a registration fee to the amount of $ 280. The payment shall be made to the account of the Company, Individual Entrepreneur ALATUM NATALIIA SERHIIVNA.

 

The Company shall be obliged to:

 

  • pay all the necessary fees related to the registration process: fee for the invitation to study and visa fee of the Center for International Education.
  • send to the Student the original  invitation to study, the original confirmation  of the Student's admission to study  and the original cover letter to present to the Embassy of Ukraine in the country of visa.
  • the documents shall be sent via DHL, FedEx, etc.
  • organize the Student's meeting  at the international  airport of Ukraine, as well as his accompaniment to the University and accommodation in dormitory.

 

 

 

 

4. FORCE MAJOR CIRCUMSTANCES

 

4.1 Neither Party to this Agreement shall be liable for the full or partial non-fulfillment of any obligation hereunder, if such failure is due to circumstances of force majeure  arising after the conclusion of the Agreement as a result of the events of an extraordinary nature which the Party could neither anticipate nor prevent through the necessary measures.

 

 

4.2. Circumstances of force majeure include events that the Parties could not influence and are not responsible for. For example, earthquakes, floods, fires, as well as wars, military disasters, blockades or strikes.

 

 

4.3. A Party which has failed to fulfill its obligations shall immediately notify the other Party in writing of the beginning and termination of the above circumstances.

 

4.4. In case of force majeure circumstances, the time provided for fulfillment of the obligations hereunder shall be extended in accordance with the period of the above circumstances.

 

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

 

5.1. The Parties shall bear civil liability for failure or improper performance of the circumstances hereunder. 

 

 

6. DISPUTE CONSIDERATION PROCEDURE

 

6.1. The Parties shall take all necessary measures to resolve any disputes and disagreements in connection herewith through negotiation.

 
 

6.2. If the disputes cannot be solved by negotiations, they should be submitted to the Economic Court of Ukraine with application of the rules of substantive law of Ukraine on the claim of one of the Parties.

 

 

6.3. The decision of the Economic Court is final and binding on both parties.

 

7. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT


7.1. This Agreement is not limited in time and may be terminated only with the consent of the Parties. Unilateral termination of the Agreement is not allowed.

 

7.2. Intentions to enter into and/or withdraw from this Agreement shall not relieve the Parties from the fulfillment of financial and other obligations, as they arose at the time of intention to withdraw from the Agreement. 

 

7.3. The Agreement shall be valid from the moment of signing and until the arrival of the Candidate in Ukraine, completion of the registration process, enrollment for study and issuance of temporary residence permit in the territory of Ukraine.

 

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

 

8.1. The Parties shall undertake not to disclose information on the provisions of this Agreement without the prior consent of the other Parties.

            

 

  9. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

9.1. The Parties shall fulfill their obligations stipulated by this Agreement, most effectively and undertake to respect the interests of each other.

 

 

9.2. The Candidates and their families during their stay in Ukraine must respect its laws and customs.

 

 

9.3. In the event of the Candidate's death, the Company shall pay all necessary expenses for sending the coffin with the body and belongings of the deceased to his homeland.

 

9.4. Neither Party hereto shall have the right to assign to any fourth party its rights and obligations hereunder without the written consent of the other Parties.

 

 

9.5. Any amendments to this Agreement shall be considered valid if they are made in writing and signed by the authorized representatives of the three Parties.

 

 

9.6. This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties.

 

9.7. This Agreement is made and signed in Mykolaiv. 

 

The Agreement is made in three equal copies, one for each Party.

Ukrainian State Center for International Education State Enterprise at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

In accordance with the Procedure for issuing invitations to foreigners and stateless persons for studies (internship) in Ukraine and their registration as approved by Order N 1541 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 1 November 2013 and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 25 November 2013 under N 2004/24536, and to secure the guarantees of the MES of Ukraine as to the authenticity of issued invitations to enter Ukraine for educational purposes, all invitations for studies issued by educational institutions to foreigners are subject to registration with the electronic system of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Personal data of prospective foreign students used during the registration of invitations as incorporated in the statutory form of the Invitation for Studies will be used solely for the purpose of entering to the account database of invitations and, as may be required, providing visa support to foreigners invited to study in Ukraine.
